1. Orders

By submitting an order, you confirm that the checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may review, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, technical error, legal restriction, or another legitimate operational reason.

2. Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately. Minor differences in appearance may occur because of screen settings, photography lighting, manufacturing variation, or other reasonable factors.

3. Prices and Charges

Product prices, applicable discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final order total are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders are subject to successful authorization and applicable fraud or security checks.

5. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, or unusually high order volume.

6. Shipping

Standard shipping to supported United States destinations is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Depending on inventory, product location, and destination, orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

8. Cancellation

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has started.

No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order information and relevant photos or video.

After reviewing the circumstances, we will provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution.

10. Promotions

Promotional offers may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, or other conditions presented with the applicable offer.

11. Errors and Availability

We may correct genuine pricing, description, inventory, or technical errors when identified. If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we will provide an appropriate explanation and available resolution.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
