1. Orders

By submitting an order, you confirm that the checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary due to suspected fraud, unsuccessful payment, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, technical error, legal restriction, or another legitimate operational reason.

2. Product Information

We aim to describe products accurately. Small differences in appearance may result from screen settings, photography lighting, manufacturing variation, or other reasonable factors.

3. Prices and Charges

Product prices, applicable shipping charges, discounts, applicable taxes, and the final order total are displayed at checkout before submission.

4. Payment

Available payment methods appear during checkout. Orders depend on successful payment authorization and applicable fraud or security checks.

5. Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take up to 5 business days during holidays, promotions, or unusually high order volume.

6. Shipping

For standard shipping to supported United States destinations, transit is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Depending on destination, stock, and product location, orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

8. Cancellation

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment starts. We will make a reasonable effort to honor eligible requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment begins. No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

9. Product or Fulfillment Problems

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us with the order information and supporting photos or video where relevant. After review, a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution will be provided.

10. Promotions

Promotions may have eligibility conditions, expiration dates, product restrictions, or other terms presented with the offer.

11. Errors and Availability

Genuine pricing, description, inventory, or technical errors may be corrected when identified. If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we will provide an appropriate explanation and available resolution.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
